These terms govern your use of the IZA AI Labs website and the AI automation services we provide ("Services"). By using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

IZA AI Labs designs, builds and operates AI agents (lead generation, customer support, CRM integration) on behalf of client businesses. Scope, pricing and deliverables for any engagement are confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement before work begins.

2. Engagement terms

Services are billed month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice.
Custom development work delivered under a fixed-price proposal is billed as specified in that proposal.

3. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information needed to configure your AI agents, and for ensuring you have the right to share any data, scripts or materials provided to us for that purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use our Services to send unsolicited spam, deceive customers, or violate applicable consumer-protection or data-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of liability

We aim for high uptime and accuracy in everything we build, but AI agents may occasionally misunderstand a request. IZA AI Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from agent responses; our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the preceding 3 months.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
